As a NJ newborn photographer we normally recommend moms to book as early as 2 months before their due date. This let us get prepared for the session as we often like to purchase new props for each session (Not that we have to but we normally have a weakness for cute little props!). We also plan around your due date knowing that we have about a 2 weeks window of the new baby arriving. But the reality is that things happen, especially for new parents and booking a newborn session is not at the top of the to-do list.

When a baby that I photographed as newborn comes back for their milestone session, I feel so much joy to see them grow! All those new things they do now as babies!

I remember when I received a call asking about details for a newborn session because she wanted to give mom the session as a baby shower gift. What a nice surprise!!!!

Spring is here and it's the perfect time to document a milestone on your baby's first year! These sessions are for babies that are in between 3 and 12 months of age. 

Kelsey came to visit my Lincoln Park In-home studio for a {Wrapped} Mini Session and I went head over hills with her! She gave me the funniest faces to photograph! 

This day it was perfect for a sunset session, and when I met Amanda I went head over hills for her! She is such a beautiful person in and out!

Baby girl Kaia came to my my In home studio in Lincoln Park, NJ when she was 8 days new! I was dreaming with the perfect baby to play and try my brand new props that were just added to my collection! And here she was!

One of the things that us photographers fear when we plan a beautiful sunset outdoor session is that weather will make fun of you, hiding that golden hour you are waiting to use as a background. Well, this is what happened the day that Heather and I agreed on her maternity session.

I have been photographing Avery since she was 2 months old when Amy responded to one of my model calls where I used to live in Texas. I can say this baby girl made me realize how much I love photographing children! When Amy told me she wanted me to do Avery's cake smash session I almost cried of excitement! It was the perfect way to say goodbye to my time in Texas.

June came to my home-studio to celebrate her 6 months milestone session! She is so adorable!
