It is recommended to reserve your newborn session during your second or early third trimester (around 20 to 30 weeks) to guarantee availability around your due date. Because newborns change so rapidly in their first couple of weeks, newborn sessions are ideally photographed within the first 14 days after birth when they are still naturally sleepy and curl easily. Maternity sessions are typically scheduled between 32 and 36 weeks of pregnancy when your baby bump is beautifully prominent, but you are still comfortable moving around. Whether you prefer a sunlit outdoor session in nature or an intimate, climate-controlled indoor experience, our goal is to celebrate this incredible chapter of motherhood. The Lincoln Park studio is fully stocked with a curated collection of delicate wraps, professional backdrops, handmade knits, and organic props.
