Newborn Photography Services
A fully guided studio experience designed to capture your baby’s earliest days with timeless elegance. These sessions focus on gentle posing, soft textures, and refined styling, resulting in classic newborn portraits created with safety, care, and intention. All sessions are done at my Lincoln Park, NJ studio. The best time for these portraits is between 5 and 14 days after baby’s birth. Recommended time to book is 1 to 3 months before your due date.

Fresh 48 sessions capture the raw, beautiful moments immediately after birth. They take place at the hospital, before mom and baby are discharged, and focus on authentic moments—tiny details, first snuggles, and quiet connections—capturing the emotion of meeting your baby for the very first time. Recommended time to book is 1 to 3 months before your due date.

Ideally, a newborn session is booked 1 to 3 months before your due date. It is best to start planning the session in advance and not rush it. That way, you have time to decide on the photographer who resonates best with your vision and who you feel most comfortable with. You take the risk of many newborn photographers being booked by the time the baby is born, so you will end up with the first available NJ newborn photographer and not necessarily your favorite. All my sessions include an in-person design consultation in my Lincoln Park, NJ studio beforehand to answer any concerns, choose your colors and favorite props, and most importantly, to get to know each other. Why would you hand your brand-new baby to a photographer you have only emailed back and forth? My studio is a “stress-free” zone, and all I want is for you to feel at home when you step in for your session.

There are a few things to consider to answer this question. First, it is important highlight that there is no wrong answer here! All three styles are beautiful and full of sentiment. What is important to you? If it's convenient, I would suggest going with a Lifestyle or Fresh 48 option where I come to YOU for the session. If style is what matters the most, then think about how you want to enjoy these images and what your style is.

My sessions are intentionally calm and fully guided. Sessions are led by YOUR baby, and not a specific pose or set-up. I focus on safety first, patience, and creating a safe environment where parents can relax and trust the process. With years of experience, I handle every detail so families feel supported from start to finish. By the time the session day comes, you will only need to bring your baby, and I will take care of the rest. So, you can come here to sit back, relax, and enjoy the process!

This is one of the biggest concerns when I speak with new parents. When we meet at our consultation, I set expectations on how the session can go or possible alternatives in case our initial plan does not go smoothly. I want to reassure you that this is totally fine and somewhat expected. Each baby is different, and like all of us, they have bad days too. We will work around it! With my experience, I know how to pivot and switch things around for you to have beautiful memories to cherish, no matter how it goes. This is why I take time to get to know you and what matters to you.

Yes! I always encourage family and sibling images in my studio sessions. But I also offer options for the parents who want to focus more on the baby, and they do not wish to be included or are ok with just a group family shot.
Newborn lifestyle or Fresh 48 sessions, parents and siblings are always included!

After your session, we’ll schedule an ordering appointment to review your images together. It is the final step in our process and the highlight for many clients! Your favorite images are selected, and the final order is placed at the end of this appointment.
Rather than navigating an online gallery on your own, this process allows you to view your images thoughtfully and make decisions efficiently with my support and advice.
Once your images have been fully retouched, you’ll receive a download link by email.
